Introduction

This Contract governs the relationship between fans (“Fans”) and content creators (“Creators”) on Circl. By subscribing to or purchasing content from a Creator, Fans agree to the terms outlined below. Creators agree to these terms upon creating and selling content to Fans.

Rights and Responsibilities of Fans

Fans may access and view content offered by Creators, provided they have paid the applicable subscription or content fee. Fans must adhere to Circl's Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service, which prohibit unauthorized sharing, downloading, or redistribution of any Creator’s content.

Fans understand that all content they view or purchase is for personal use only and may not be shared or used commercially.

Rights and Responsibilities of Creators

Creators retain full ownership of the content they upload and have the right to manage how their content is offered to Fans. By uploading content, Creators grant Circl a license to display their content to Fans who have paid the required fees.

Creators are responsible for ensuring that the content they provide complies with Circl's Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws.

Payment Terms

Fans agree to pay the subscription or content fees associated with accessing a Creator’s content. All payments are processed by Circl’s third-party payment providers. Circl does not offer refunds, except as required by law.

Creators receive a portion of the subscription fees collected from Fans, less any applicable platform fees, as agreed upon in the Creator agreement with Circl.

Intellectual Property and Licensing

Creators retain all intellectual property rights to their content. Fans receive a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to view the content for personal use only. Fans are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or otherwise exploiting any Creator’s content.

Unauthorized use or sharing of content may result in account suspension or legal action.

Termination of Contract

This contract may be terminated by either the Fan or the Creator by ceasing to interact with or subscribe to one another. Circl reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts of users who violate the platform's policies.

Upon termination, Fans must cease access to the Creator’s content, and any previously downloaded content must be deleted.

Limitation of Liability

Circl is not liable for any interactions, disputes, or agreements made directly between Fans and Creators. Fans and Creators agree to release Circl from any claims arising out of their use of the platform or any content purchased.
